Can I hold out till my Vaca

This is brief guys... the uber chef has a new book out. It looks like a continuation of some of the anecdotes he first exposed us to in Cook's Tour - just one more reason to look forward to vacation... but as most of you know, I'm not a patient person - so let's just see how long I can hold out.
