Long Lost Article on Pâtés

I thought this was kind of cool - in a "shameless self-promotion" sort of way: I was googling my name (come on, admit it, you do it too every once in a while), and I came across the 2007 article that I wrote for Ottawa Magazine on the pâtés that Dave Neil (from "the piggy place") used to make for Aubrey's meat market in the Byward Market. This is convenient because I don't actually have a copy of it - it seems a distant memory now - yet as a writing sample it may come in handy. If you're interested I'd be happy to email you a copy.
